Restaurant Group partners Justin Weathers and Executive Chef Joseph Monnich are the duo behind the Stove and Tap concept, and are also behind The Bercy, Al Pastor and the original Stove and Tap. The menu will feature upscale American classics and comfort food along with a craft cocktail program and a mix of local beers and wines right along side more recognizable national favorites.
